The Patchdata Package

The Patchdata package defines concrete patch data types used in structured AMR applications. The data type support is divided into eleven subdirectories containing:
  1. fundamental array-based data type support
  2. routines to compute box geometry information for data intersections
  3. cell-centered data
  4. edge-centered data
  5. face-centered data
  6. node-centered data
  7. outeredge data
  8. outerface data
  9. outernode data
  10. outerside data
  11. side-centered data
  12. index data
  13. macros for indexing arrays in FORTRAN rotuines

The package also defines a set of coarsen and refine operators that are independent of the mesh configuration:

Additionally there is a set of classes that handle data copying of various patch data types between different blocks within a multiblock domain.
